WHAT THE MOON SAW
We selected the show location inside of the Wisconsin Institute of the Discovery and the projection was using the frosted doors of a meeting room. The show days were all scheduled in the SCIENCE SATURDAYS with hundreds of kids and their parents participated.
Projections are digitally created and animated. Some of the scenes are simulated. The video file size and the resolution is decided based on the projector used in the show. During the show, some animations are triggered by the actor's body movements through the motion capture system.
All show elements are digitally modeled and animated with MAYA, 3DS MAX , textured by SUBSTANCE PAINTER, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, video edited by ADOBE AFTER EFFECT, PREMIERE. The interactive setting is controlled by UNITY game engine through MICROSOFT KINECT motion capture system.
